Our Aims and Lead times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 (business/working) hours of the order being placed, subject to stock. However, this may take slightly longer during exceptionally busy periods – if you need your goods by a certain date please notify us and we will do what we can to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that. Most orders are received within 3-8 working days but this is wholly dependent on the courier service and any issues with local tax procedures.
When stock shows as ‘Limited Stock’; this means that this product is especially low in stock at the moment. If we run out of stock before your order is packed we will notify you within two working days and hold your entire order in our warehouse until fresh stock arrives and your order can be shipped in full.
Delivery lead times are estimates and given in good faith by the Seller, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation. Whilst the Seller will do everything possible to ensure the Customer receives their goods within the lead times given, the Seller accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. Goods are dispatched via various recognized carriers.
There is no weekend service for our courier delivery methods. This means, if a Next Day delivery option is chosen, a package that leaves our warehouse on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the carrier until Monday morning for delivery after that as this is the earliest they would pick it up.
Receiving Goods
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check all goods for damage and to make a written note of any outer damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing for acceptance of said goods. Once goods have been signed for the Seller cannot accept any liability for damage (except that which is not obvious from the outside) since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier. We will replace free of charge or refund any goods lost in transit once we have received confirmation from the carrier that the goods are indeed lost (this might take upto 4 weeks to receieve). We will repair, replace or refund (as appropriate) goods damaged in transit provided that we receive written notification and photographic evidence of such damage within two days of delivery and goods received in an obviously damaged or unsatisfactory condition have been signed for as such. Upon receipt, goods should be checked against the enclosed invoice. Any shortages must be notified to us in writing (email is acceptable) within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise no liability can be accepted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.
International Shipping
International shipping costs for our car care products will be displayed on the shopping cart page prior to payment and without the need to register your details on the site first. All items will be sent by India Post International Speed Post which is an EMS service.
If you want to place a larger order we can provide you with a custom quote which would be far more accurate.
Additional Notes
All liquid products are shipped by Surface due to the restriction imposed by Bureau Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and/or the Regulatory Requirements of the State on the courier service providers.
Maharashtra Customers may have to pay additional Octroi Charges at the time of Delivery. Generally, we are not liable for any additional costs or fees incurred in receiving a delivery.
For some destinations, such as the North East, the delivery time may be longer (for example up to 15 days).
